One of the best things are that we know you might need to post-pone your travels or that sudden things happens…. that is why, our Future Travel Trip Vouchers don’t have any last-to-use-date at the moment.
The vouchers can only be used once and you use the booking code you get to cash it in. You use them direct while booking on the homepage or send us a email with the number of the voucher you got and we deduct the price accordingly.
If the Future Travel Trip Voucher is higher than the chosen tour price we can’t give back any money in between.
Please note that the Travel Trip Voucher don’t give you exclusive access to every possible date. If a tour is full, or your asking date is not working due to high demand of already booked tours, we won’t be able to accommodate your tour despite the voucher.
We will however do our best to make sure you get the tour on the day you want. We kindly ask you to contact, during high season, at least two days before your tour date to make sure we have availability for the tour you want.
If cancelling with a voucher you get the voucher money back in form of a new voucher. The possible excess money above that you have paid will be regulated after bought items cancellation policy. A voucher can never be returned in form of money even if cancellation occur.
