For now we got a standard multi-day Stockholm tour, a Viking focused one and a prehistory focused one. We also have a Viking runestones 3 day trip with over 55 Viking age rune stones included.
Stockholm city multi day tour – 2 nights / 2 days
This is our standard multi day bronze package for someone who want to se a lot while still having some free time in the evnings. For someone who want to visit Stockholm for the first time this is a good place to start with this package.
Day one: Meetup at your hotel of stay in the evning, followed by a 2h guided city walk tour in Old Town starting at 18.00.
Day two: Meetup at the hotel 09.00 for a full day of tours. transported Stockholm city 3h tour with the Vasa museum followed by 5h Viking tour.
Day three: Ending at breakfast.
Stockholm City food multi day trip, Swedish locally produced food and countryside shop multiday trip – 2 nights / 3 days
Day one: Old Town Swedish food history walking tour. Starting at 17.00, a food history tour with traditional and historical Swedish dishes and food history.
Day two: Meetup at the hotel for a guided half day with local food of the nearby Stockholm countryside including meet and great, as well as tastings of local food at several local farms and Swedish local small food producers.
Day three: Ending at breakfast.

3 days of Vikings, over 55 runestones – a viking Runestone nerd tour.
Note that no hotel are included in this one for now.
Welcome to a Runestone nerd 3 day Viking Age excursion from Stockholm covering a bit over 55 runstones and other places of interest nearby.
Do you know Sweden have close to 250o Viking runestones ranging from 950-1130 AD carved in various different Viking art styles and by several Viking age carvers like Foot, Öpir and Åsmund Kåresson?
The runestones are the only written messages the Vikings left describing themselves by themselves. They still stand in the Swedish landscape, but finding them can be hard.
We will trace serval Viking kin group relatives using the runstones for 3-4 generations as well as Viking history in general, both the raids, their trading networks and their life here in Scandinavia. Our Expert local guides and authorized Viking tour experts will cover a careful selection of inscriptions telling stories of VIking life and culture.
Important to remember are that the norsemen or the Viking always were described from other sources and more often than not their enemies.
On this 3 day tour we dig deep down into the original written sources carved into stone amd mached toward Snorri’s Edda and other sources. We also grave mounds and you will experience a wide range of small and big, cool, unusual and special as well as ordinary
We also visit several grave fields and grave mounds, long house foundations in stone and important places for the cult activties, like Old Uppsala, of the Vikings. That as many runestons are situated still where they left them 1000 years ago. as well as touching upon exiting place names telling us of places once full of cult activites, long halls of the rich as well as ownership of land, grief and Viking honor.
This package covers the tour time of 3st 7h tour day as well as hotel pick up and drop off.
Day one.
Hotel pick up at your place of Stay.
Viking tour in parts of Runriket area, and some extra stones before Sigtuna and the stones there not covered by our ordinary Viking tour. Will add 5 extra here at least along the route we travel.
Day two
All over Vallentuna and Täby Parishes, depends what stones you saw on day one but some of these will have related stones we will se this day but other marriages or other relative connections to them. We will se around 28 to 35 today I hope, depends on the time and route we take for this day.
Day three
Hotel pick up, runestones around Uppsala city and inside the city. Than out towards both Wiks castle and opposite side of Uppsala towards the Alunda area for a mix of some very special runestones.

A weekend trip for the history nerds out there who want to focus on Vikings especially for their Stockholm trip.

2 st hotel nights in centrally located Stockholm hotel.
A 5-6h transported viking tour with hotel pick up going through the Swedish countryside for a relaxing day tour outside of Stockholm city including several viking age places. including the the city of Sigtuna (Swedens first town with several medieval ruins) and a day filled with several viking runestones, gravefields, an thing site etc.
A 2h guided tour at the world largest viking age exhibit at Swedish history museum including the Gold room.

Prehistoric Sweden multi-day package to Stockholm – 2 nights / 3 tour days.
Dig deep into Swedens prehistory, where the ancient ice age 13.000 years ago left a sea level of aprox 55-63m higher than todays around Stockholm, first giving way to seal hunters and gathers around 8500 years ago in the stockholm area. As the water slowly receeded when the land rised giving way to more isles and landmasses who slowly got settled giving rise to a vibreant bronze age society with contact to the classical mediterranian world and UK, gathering tin in Uk to create local bronze artifact. We will on this trip explore the stone age, bronze age and iron age of sweden so move between aprox 8000 BC to 500 AD on the sites we visit and stories told. Nearby are sites from the Viking age and mediveal time whom can be visitied by request.
On this learning tour we will visit the remains these people left still out here today and possible to se and visit in the Swedish lanscape: settlements traces, petroghyps and grave mounds as well as exploring the artifacts they left
This will be a learning weepend trip not only visiting sites of great importance still there out in the Swedish countryside lanscape, but also include a guided tour of the swedish national history museums pre history parts.
On this prehistoric weekend trip we dig deep into Swedens prehistory visiting the largest area holding several bronze age petroglyphs sites, walk over ancient stone age settlemet sites, explore a strange large bronze age mound more closely related to Danish gravea and walk on top of a ancient fortified hill fort Gråborg (one of the mighiest in Sweden) used for more than a 1000 years before being abandoned.
This package includes 2 hotel nights and 2 tours with an expert guide on the subjects.
One full day 9h tour to se the finds and one day 2h tour in a museum to watch the objects from some of the pkaces we visited.
1 day tour filled with bronze age peteoplypchs at Boglösa and Angarn, a prehistoric hillfort climb, a visit to the 45m in diameter and 7m high Håga mound (where 1/3 of all Swedens bronze age gold finds are from) a visit to ancient 1400 year old cult site on the top of a ridge with a pre-christian labyrith.
